Terms of Service

Please read ALL of my terms of service before commissioning, otherwise your commission may not be accepted.
By commissioning me, you agree to ALL of the terms below.
This document is subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
IMPORTANT:
I will only be allowing a maximum of 3 commission slots due to time constraints.
Please also be aware that moving forward I will only accept commissions with prompts that interest me and/or that I know I will be able to properly execute in order to maintain proper motivation and better TATs.

The hours I will be able to work on your commission are very limited, as I work Monday-Friday full-time. Therefore, the only time I will be able to work on your commission is on holidays and weekends, which are also my only times off. Other than this, I occasionally get about an hour or two after work to make some progress on commissions. Please understand that I will need some of this time to relax while I try to complete your commission.

The amount of time it will take to complete your commission will vary depending on the complexity of the piece. This can range anywhere from a few days to a few months. Regardless, I will try to complete your commission as quickly as I can with the time I have.

DO NOT pester me about your commission constantly. I have a life outside of making artwork and I am allocating as much time as I can to finish your commission. Bothering me about the wait will only further delay the finished product and make me hesitant to accept your commissions in the future. Please be considerate of my work hours.I do NOT do expedited commissions.

Requests are completely optional on my part! I retain the full right to either accept or decline your request. If I do not respond to your request, that means I am NOT interested, otherwise you will be notified. Please understand that requests will be basic in design and I may decide not to render them at all, since I am not being paid to create them! With requests I will also take my time, especially if I have commissions going on, so do not expect them to be completed quickly! You ARE NOT required to make me anything in return if I decide to complete your request either. Although it is unlikely, I also retain the right to drop a request if it is necessary to make space for other work or if I lose interest.

All payments at this time should be made through my PayPal or Cashapp (USD). I will either send an invoice or a link to my profile, whichever is preferred.

Half of the commission price should be paid at the start of the commission. I will also show progress photos as often as possible during the process for approval. Once the rendering of your commission begins, I will then require full payment.

I do offer payment plans for commissions exceeding $100 (USD).Extra fees may be added for large or excessive changes in the sketch phase, but WILL be added if they occur during the rendering phase as this stage is difficult to adjust. Exact fee price will vary depending on the piece and complexity, and should be inquired about AHEAD OF TIME if you think adjustments will be necessary on your piece.Please DO NOT attempt to haggle with me. My base prices are final and I will not lower them for any reason. If you attempt to do this, I will simply deny your commission.

I will refund 90% if I have not yet started your commission.I will refund 50% if I have only completed a sketch of your commission.There will be NO refunds once I have started rendering your commission.

NO Gore, vent, or hate art

Furry art (if so, you must supply reference sheets) which includes anthro and feral

Art of your characters!!

Associating my artwork with any form of hateful or NSFW content will lead to an immediate blacklisting.Ghosting/no contact on a commission, whether it be one started and not fully paid for or one reserved on my waitlist, after 1 month will lead to an immediate blacklisting with NO REFUND of any received payments.Harassment such as attempting to refuse to pay the agreed upon commission price or haggling during the commission process will lead to an immediate blacklisting with NO REFUND of any received payments.

My artwork should be for PERSONAL use only.

I will NOT accept any commissions that involve the use of bases.

Timelapses may be provided for digital commissions, however these must be requested at the start of the commission before any sketching has begun otherwise I will not be able to provide a timelapse.

I retain full rights to my artwork and I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. I also retain the right to refuse to provide explanation for any commission I may decline.

References MUST be provided when needed.

My art is NOT to be used to generate AI images.

If you intend to post my art elsewhere, please credit me by linking either my Tumblr page @asinkart, my ToyHouse @ASInkArt, my Twitter @ASInkArt1, my DeviantArt @ASInkArt, or my instagram @asinkart.

Please, DO NOT alter my artwork for any reason. If you intend to do so, please ask permission first.

When completing a commission/trade/request, I WILL post WIPs of the artwork on my socials and finished products on this website. By commissioning me, you agree to this.
